At Checkout: The following "SHIPPING NOTES" are required
- Tradeshow Name with the Start and End Date
- Earliest Ship Date for the setup to be received by the Tradeshow facilitator

"Shipping Address: "Address 2 (optional)" field
This is to ensure appropriate warehouse management of Shipping Labels and
assist in tracking of shipped / returned items.
